Had a great time with friends! We visited the Phoenix Zoo and did some outlet shopping nearby. The location was super convenient, and the breakfast options were solid. Everyone loved the cold cereal and bagels. Just a tip, you might want to grab breakfast a bit earlier to enjoy all of it before closing.
One downside was the front desk service. When we asked about a tv issue, the staff seemed annoyed and rushed us, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 24tasty pastriescomfortable roomoverly attentive staffuncomfortable atmosphererestricted access
The room was well appointed with a spacious bathroom, providing a comfortable stay. An added highlight was the delicious breakfast featuring good coffee and tasty pastries. However, there were concerns about staff privacy, as they seemed overly attentive and occasionally intrusive, creating a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere. The lobby facilities were adequate but access to the restroom felt restricted since it required a key from a staff member. Overall, a blend of comfort and convenience marred slightly by the service approach.
